1) Click on one of the category folders in the middle of this page.

2) Click the Create New Story button in the middle of this page.

3) You will be asked to register on the website to be eligible for the contest, or if you have already registered, you must enter your password. You will then be directed to the File Upload screen.

4) For videos, give your video a title and add a description, then click Upload Video. For photos, give the picture a title and description, then click the Browse button to find your file. Then click the Publish Story button.

5) To upload your file, click the Select File button. The following video file formats are accepted: .wmv, .mpv, .mov, .mpeg, .mpg, .avi, .asf. Maximum file size: 100MB.

6) Enter a Title and Description for your contest entry. Then check the (required) Terms of Use box.

7) Click the Upload File button to begin the file upload. Note: After the file upload has completed, the submission needs to be approved by 13WHAM before appearing live on the website.
